Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction of employees at PT HRZ Leather Garut. The hypothesis of this study is that there is an influence of the work environment on job satisfaction of employees at PT HRZ Leather Garut. The research method used in this study is associative. The population in this study is all employees of PT HRZ Leather Garut. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, therefore 55 respondents can be taken. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature studies.
