Abstract

The background of this study is work productivity employees Moving Machinery at PT. Krakatau Posco in Cilegon tend to decline thought to be caused low individual characteristics and work environment. The objective of this research to determine about influence individual characteristics and work environment partial and simultaneously toward work productivity employees Moving Machinery at PT. Krakatau Posco in Cilegon. The research method by researchers is using quantitative method. Population is employees at Moving Machinery at PT. Krakatau Posco in Cilegon amounted to 65 employee and sample is 65 employee, while the sampling technique used in this study is using saturated sampling.
